Since I know of my problem with this, I try to pay careful attention to what he talks about throughout the year. If I hear of something good, I'll write it down somewhere and keep a log of what I find out through regular conversation with him. This might sound crazy, but it has helped me a ton. It might be too late to do that for this year, but for future bdays, Christmas, etc it is very helpful!
If all else fails, make him his favorite dinner and give him a homemade coupon book with things like 20 minute massage, or you'll do the dishes when it's his turn, or different things like that. You don't always have to spend lots of money! (at least I tell myself that, since we have very little at this time! :)Chalecehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04760712537352059949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6075141067024642387.post-7042441065820447712008-04-28T14:52:00.000-05:002008-04-28T14:52:00.000-05:00I was just thinking of this topic since my hubby i...I was just thinking of this topic since my hubby is turning 30 this year! But, there's a really fun book that has tons of interesting "boy" stuff (paper airplanes, Morse code, etc.) that has been a hit with the men in our family - it's called the "Dangerous Book for Boys." Good luck!Bridgethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07730337486122095101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6075141067024642387.post-28226871305321693232008-04-28T13:21:00.000-05:002008-04-28T13:21:00.000-05:00I'm in the same situation, our anniversary is comi...I'm in the same situation, our anniversary is coming up, and I'm stumped with what I could get Scott. If there isn't anything specific that I know Brian wants I usually end up getting a movie or a book. There are a lot of good church books out there! Or a fun game.
Maybe you could do something Florida themed? Or graduation themed? Although I'm guessing you're probably getting him a graduation gift too!?
Let's have this be the tricks of the trade question! I was having a hard time coming up with a good one anyway! :)Cassihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00492365120760548477noreply@blogger.com
