Okay all you mommies, I completed a project and I'm so excited about it that I thought I would share it with you. From one mommy to another, I know you'll appreciate it. I saw this idea at a craft show and I thought to myself.... "I bet I could do that." So today, I did. I didn't use a pattern or anything, it was REALLY simple, but if you want some rough directions of what I did, let me know!
Basically I just picked out material, used fleece behind the logos, and felt for the logos. Then sewed ribbon on the top for the tie. I'm giving it to my 2 1/2 year old for Christmas, I think he'll like it, and then I can post pictures of my little man being a super hero!

So... i just made those twirly skirts for Mayli and I was thinking "man I wish there was something I could make for Parker and Jaden" and then I came to this blog!!! PERECT!!! Ok I think i might be able to figure this one out on my own but don't be surprised if I come to you yet again for help! :)
So cute! I've made Rachel and Ian capes (she got one for her last birthday and Ian's getting one for Christmas) with an "R" and "I" on them, but I LOVE the Batman/Superman idea. Hmmm, maybe Ian will need another cape on his birthday. Very cute!
ADORABLE! I love it!
Will is going to love this! And such a great idea to put one on each side. Super cute!
OMG that is the coolest thing ever. I bet my son would love that, maybe I can whip one up before Christmas. Ok maybe not, but it's the thought that counts right? =D
Kara, I love the Batman/Superman switcheroo thing! My mom makes Superman capes but I should show her your reversible one. Love it!
