Lemon Bars

1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar

- Mix and pat into a 9x13 pan - bake at 350 degrees for 12 min.

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 T. flour
4 T. lemon juice
1 t. lemon rind (I don't add this unless I have it)
1 t. baking powder

Mix and pour over crust right out of oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
