Graham Gems

This is one of my most favorite desserts! I've never met anyone who didn't love them. And they're pretty easy too. They do stick to the pan though so make sure you really grease and flour it!

Graham Gems
18 graham cracker squares (9 of the full rectangles) or 1 1/2 C crumbs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
6oz pkg chocolate chips
nuts (optional)

Crush crackers into crumbs. Add milk, vanilla and chocolate chips and stir together. Bake in greased and floured 9" square pan for 30 min at 325 degrees. Cute while hot. Chill before eating.
