Pumpkin Crunch

This recipe is the best!!! This is a family favorite!!!!

1-29oz can pumpkin
3 eggs
1-12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice -OR- (1/2 tsp cloves, 1 tsp nutmeg, 3 cinnamon)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick melted butter
1 yellow cake mix

Mix all ingredients exept buter and cake. Pour into well greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top and then drizzle butter over that. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

This does sound good and easy! Is it more of a cake or something crunchy since the name has "crunch" in it?

Well its not so much a cake because you don't actually make the cake mix you just sprinkle it on top. So the bottom is like pumpkin pie and then the top I guess would be like the crust but it is so good, and tastes somewhat different than pumkin pie. try it, after I posted the recipe I had to go make it,mmmm it tastes good.
